Training Services
Whether you’re looking for a single training session to learn strength training fundamentals, a 30 day program to get into a new routine, or weekly in-person or online sessions, I’m here to help you reach your goals. Each training program is completely customized to your current level of fitness and desired outcomes.
Private Training
60 minute sessions to meet your individual goals. Private training can take place online via Zoom or in-home. Personal training can also include helping you get strong again after illness, surgery or injury.
Group Training
60 minute sessions for 2-10 individuals. This is a great economical option for those looking to train with a partner or friend and enjoy added comradery and accountability.
adventure
Adventure planning and guiding services can include long distance trail running or hiking. I can create a training plan for you as well as join you as your personal coach and guide on the adventure.
Here’s what you can expect from working with me:
Initial consultation and fitness assessment: We will start by evaluating your current fitness level, health history and lifestyle to develop a training plan tailored to meet your specific goals and preferences.
Customized workout plans: Following our first meeting, I will create a workout plan that is tailored to your fitness level and goals. The plan will include exercises that are challenging yet achievable.
Ongoing support and accountability: I am my happiest when I am your cheerleader! I’m here to walk the fitness journey with you, providing ongoing support and accountability to help you stay motivated and on track. Over time we will monitor your progress and make adjustments to your plan as needed.
